Mall security very inadequate!

On 18 Sept my vehicle's spare wheel was ****** from under my car while I was shopping at the Glen Mall. My car was parked on one of the ba*****t parkings where there is security moving around. I don't know how this could have happened because son was in the car. He said he did not feel the car move or see anything except for a security guard who came and stood behind our car for an extraordinary long period. I know my spare wheel was ****** from the mall because my tracking company reported a tow notification, and I believe that is the exact time the wheel was being removed from under my car. I spoke to security and I requested to see the footage of that day to see what could have been the problem. The security manager started by saying that he doubted if I would be able to see anything as the cameras down the ba*****t are not good. He added that for him to to even show me the \bad footage"I need to open a case with the police and only the detective assigned to my case would be allowed to view the footage. We all know that SA police will not bother themselves about investigating theft cases like this. I'm very mad and dissapointed and themall management. Never shop there ever!"""
