KFC customer service

This is the 4th or 5th time I make a on order online and when I go to collect my order it is not done. The worst thing is I'm told to come inside and I stand there for 45 minutes without anyone attending to me. What is the point of your app if they cannot see the order from their side? Yet my order receipt was on the collection desk. I had to confront one of the employees at the front as I was being ignored after being told to collect my order inside not from the drive through. I get home only to find they didn't even add the salt sachet in my order... We have alot of people who need jobs.. Even they don't want to work and serve their clients then they can leave.
