KAAK SERVICE

Twice in a row I'm getting kaak service in this outlet. Yesterday(06/08/24) came for a simple cappuccino and I was told to wait 5 minutes as the machine has been switched off and I was served a plan B coffee from the kettle, I had my coffee and went away.

Today 07/08/24 I come back as I am early for my meeting I decide to grab breakfast here in the Glen KFC I place the order on the kiosk amd pay by card. 15 minutes later I stand up to check my order from the lady who silently passed me siting down and she looks for my slip in the trash can and asks my order number and only then she shouted to the ladies in the canteen that my order is exists.

Come my order she slams cappy can infront of me saying they don't have coffee, just like that.
