Centre Managment just paying lip service to a valid complaint - v Cell Clinix is all over Hello Peter for poor workmanship - breaking peoples phones. I had a reply from Centre management stating:

We, from our end will continue to engage the shop owner to address your query and hopefully resolve the matter amicably.

All retailers are required to operate their stores within the confines of the law as well as the Consumer Protection Act and need to uphold the best customer service practices. this is surely not the case - one just needs to look on Hello peter to see the complaints from customers regarding V cell Clinix.

I have to date not heard another word from the centre Management - email reply was dated 7th of August..
