Extremely poor service 😔.. never coming back

This is the second time experience such poor service at Protea glen mall.. what's the purpose of using the self service machine while my orders are not recognised. I always wait for 2 hours.. where almost 100 people are served before me, because I'm using cash.. I wouldn't recommend people to use kfc.. from 9pm till 11:30
