Disrespectful security

I have visited the glen today, the 14 October 2018. I went to pick n pay first and thereafter to the information center to validate my parking ticket.

Upon exiting, the parking ticket did not allow us to exit as the screen shown “Please return to pay station”. My husband then pressed the help button for security to assist us. The security man on the intercom was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. He didn’t even want to listen to what my husband had to say to him.

The security guard that came to the boom stated that he security on the intercom was suppose to open for us and that he does not know what is his problem.
