Disgusting Security Services

Appealing treatment but most African male security guards that we encountered at the Mall today after a conflict occurred. The securities deliberately looked the other way and decided to favour an abusive, dead beat father due to the fact that the men accompanying me (who happened to be my husband and his brother) are white males. The exact words of the one security guard were "the trouble came from the white boys. We don't know why they were even here to behind with". This he said without even bothering to hear the side of these "white boys". He also denied the fact that this deadbeat father assaulted me in their office and proceeded to say that I was only shoved, despite the fact that you cameras will prove otherwise. Security guards within your facility need to make us feel safe, not endanger us. Had it not been for the wonderful ladies in your centre management facilities, things would have gotten extremely out of hand today, no thanks to your security.
