Disgusted with a customer Service at this store

Extremely unhappy with the service at Milky Lane The Glen... My daughter loves the vanilla ice cream and experimenting with the different flavored syrups... I duly ordered this but was told we could not take the syrups a few steps away to the food court (seating at the store was full). My daughter was sooo disappointed... I kindly requested if we could take the syrups... A few of the front house staff rudely told me that I could not... At this point I noticed one of ths staff occupying the tables ( Indian guy), showing no regard for a paying customer.... Customer service and appreciation is far more important than the taste to me especially with the myriad of options available these days... Staff need to be trained appropriately....
