Disasterous layout!!!

What a disappointment!!! The very first time I visit your mall and you will never see me again. How do you expect a person in a wheelchair to get around your mall if none of your lifts have power during a power outage!!!!! I was soaking wet as I had to travel across the rooftop parking in order to get to my vehicle! If you are so ill equipt for disabled people state so on your website so that one doesn't make the mistake of visiting your mall!!!
