Damaged Water Pipe

Smells like there is a sewerage leak on the ground floor of The Glen shopping centre near the Woolworths entrance, a few years back the problem seemed to be at the Rage store but now the smell has moved to @Home, it is so bad that you cannot enter the store and they have 2 large buckets collecting the water streaming from the ceiling.
