Credit declined

Good day

I app**** for credit at Vodacom at the Glen, I however do not have any debt what so ever. I do have a aquazania acc where I rent a machine with them. If you don't pay, they will collect. I waited 2 hours after my application to find out that my request is declined as my bank acc shows that I owe some or other acc money. HOW ON EARTH DOES A BANK STATEMENT SHOW THAT??? I earn a large salary, I have more that half my salary that shows BBF into the next month. This is absolutely BS!!!! Credit I app**** for is for R600 a month for 24 months. They can not explain exactly where and how that was picked up on my bank statement. Absolutely horrible service. Could someone at vodacom customer care get hold of me if someone are willing to review my application. ***
