Boom Gates not working

We are going for 2 months now where the one of the two boom gates at the main entrance is not working. Month-end is less than a week to go and if not fixed, you wait 15 minutes to exit. Surely, if they appoint a competent centre manager now, this can be sorted out before Xmas?
