Boom Entry Is Useless

I went to the Glen shopping center for dinner, as I pulled up to the boom the ticket machine switched off when I pressed the help button the security guard came to me and also asked the people who operate the boom for help as he had reported that when a bakkie pulls in the booms switch off, It took the people 10 minutes to come to the boom and was then told by him that I should not come to the shopping center with my car or I must go try another entry as it not his problem that the machines switch off, he then fought with the security guard on duty telling him that he must send customer in bakkies away as he is tired of the security guard calling him to come and sort out the boom. If this is what I must expect for customer service from your shopping center its great as now I can finally agree with family and friends the the mall of the south is the place to go and shop.
