Bad Service

I went to checkers the Glen mall and one of the specials was out of the shelf and of the staff members advised they still have stock in their stock room but it's locked cause the stock manager went to the bathroom and I sad I will wait it took him/her 20-45min and no one even came back to me until I left the shop and also the manager was not even there. If this is how we get treated at checkers shops then your customer service sucks.
