Appalling service

I am utterly disgusted by the treatment from the people handling the customer service at the glen mall! I went into the mall today to buy a few things before I quickly rush to pick up my daughter. I spent more than 10minutes at the gate because your tap option was not working for cards. There is no security at the gate which is also very problematic! I had to drive back and look around for a security guard after I had used your help button and it rang for over 5 minutes with no answer. Went back to the gate and when someone finally picked up I was met by total disrespect. Every other mall I have ever been to in my life, will happily open the gate for you if there’s any malfunction on their side. The whole point of the tap system at the gate is to make entry and exit for convenient. I ended up having to drive over the pavement to get out of your mall because I was very late to pick up my child from spending over 20minutes trying to get out and not being offered any assistance but instead being met with arrogance.
