honda the glen not taking responsibility!

we just brought pre owned chev captiva from them on the 24th aug 19, already its leaking oil from the engine. we notified them, they said we must wait 2 weeks because the manager is on leave! so what must we do till than. my family is facing a life threathing situation please help.
