Unprofessional Service! WASTE OF TIME!

My wife and I arranged an appointment with Given Khumalo at The Glen Carz to view a Hyundai H100 and have our vehicle evaluated. When we arrived, the dealership was locked up, his phone was switched off, and no one was around. After some time, another agent told us they’d only assist us once they were done with lunch. To make matters worse, the vehicle wasn’t even on site, and later we found out that they don’t do evaluations on Sundays — something Given was well aware of when setting up the appointment.

This kind of service is completely unprofessional and a waste of our time. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership.
