Unprofessional and Wasted My Time

Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service at The Glen Carz. I set up an appointment with Given Khumalo to view and purchase a Hyundai H100 and have my car evaluated. I arrived at the dealership to find the gate locked and his phone completely off. Eventually, I got hold of another agent who casually told me they’d open the gate after they finished lunch. To make matters worse, the vehicle I had arranged to see wasn’t even there, and apparently, they do evaluations on a Sunday?

This is not how you treat serious buyers. Total waste of time, extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
