Very sarcastic when you try to get a better price

This dealer has no idea what customer service is. They like being very sarcastic when you ask for a discount in line with retail. I would avoid business with them simply because they have no idea how to talk to people. It is sad that we spend money with tese delaers but yet they can treat us like dirt, Customer is King - never forget that !
