pathetic customer service

<p>i sent my wifes application form though for a vehicle finance approval on friday, we viewed the car on saturday. we have been waiting for finance approval feedback until tuesday. everytime id ask for feedback then salesman Gugu tells me i will get back to you. one bank approved us and we have been waiting for another bank to compare quotes. first bad service was they told me "we are not interested in your trade in please!!!" second bad service was when i test drove the vehicle i had some questions and the salesman tells me "i dont know anything about mini cooper so i cant say" and finaly we had waited too long for feedback so we went to another dealership and bought a BMW and cancelled the deal with the glen car mart. when i told them to cancel the deal i quote i was told "the issue is not customer service, its because you cannot afford the car. i was also told to get lost because they dont need customers that cannot afford a car". i have never experienced bad customer service like this before and not to mention it happened before and during a sale. you people are pathetic.</p>
