Lying, cheating ******s

I bought a second hand car from The Glen Carmart last month and it's been nothing but problems ever since then.

The car looked like it was in good shape and the manager told me he was selling it cheap because they needed spaces. He did say that the car was in a accident but that it was only a small bumps at the back and nothing to worry myself about. He also showed me a report that the car had passed its inspection and was fine. I paid for the car and left thinking i had a nice car at a good price.

It wasn't even 2 weeks later that the car started giving me problems, i took it back and they said it was nothing so i took it to a mechanic in the town and he says the car has basically been built up again from a prang which must have been very bad - he says in his opinion the car was a right off.

The Glen Carmart will not refund me or will they listen to the report - they even says that it mus have been damaged after i bought it...

I am going to report these people to the Ombudsman - DO NOT TRUST THEM they will rob you and sell you a car that isn't even road worthy
