Dishonest and ******* dealers

<p>I've recently purchased a car from the Glen Car Mart. It was advertised as being in good condition and the manager, Zakir Burfat said it had had a minor accident to the rear but was fully restored. On the outside it looked perfect and seemed a good buy. Once I’d driven it for a while it was clear it wasn’t in nearly as good a condition. Long story short, the car had been in a major accident and had been rebuilt - badly. The air-con was not only not working but disconnected, all the airbags had been cut out and the crevice filled with newspaper. The spare tire was un-roadworthy and the tire well was so badly buckled it needs complete replacing. In addition, the front light, which had been installed, had been removed and the battery had been replaced with another which did not fit the bracket in the vehicle. Apart from a tardy response stating that the vehicle was in perfect condition when it left, there has been no response or attempt to rectify the situation; they no not reply to my emails and Zakir is always 'Busy' or 'Away from the showroom' They are clearly as dishonest as they come and I would not recommend them in the slightest. I have signed affidavits and quotes from independent panel beaters as well as Toyota which show the damage and poor repair work that has been done to this vehicle.</p>
