The Glass Shop supplies substandard fittings

We had a glass shower installed 3 years ago at an enormous cost compared to what was available at that time. Now, one of the door hinges in the quiet en suite bathroom just broke off by itself. It seems to be substandard quality and the material just burst into two. They refuse to replace it as the shower \is outside the warranty period of one year". Really? We accepted the highest quote at the time as we thought it was the best quality. But we were so terribly wrong. The fittings are substandard and come with only a year warranty. Even CTM offers a longer warranty on their \""cheap\"" fittings and my CTM fittings in my other bathroom are after 15 years still intact. Faizel of The Glass Shop comes up with excuses now"
