The Glass Merchants - Damage Your Property Without Repair

** DO NOT RECOMMEND** TGM came to replace the sliding door glass at my home 2 days ago. The guys cracked the patio tile in the process (the tiling was only done 6 weeks ago, so basically brand new). I only noticed it after they left and informed Ben. They had to come back the next day to fix the sliding door wheels, so I assumed they were going to provide feedback on the tile repair. The guys apologized for cracking the tile and said to speak to Ben about the repair. After trying the avoiding game, Ben replies and says they're not taking responsibilty for it. Do not trust this company with your property as they will damage it without taking responsibility. Absolutely useless issue resolution with no accountability.
