Re worst workmanship ever -**** products used

Hi, just over a month ago a new glass and rubber mould was fitted on my bmw m3 by glass group. Firstly the workmanship was poor and the mould that Was fitted was a generic from shuteprufe. I contacted glass group and they put me through to a lady by the name of shalene and she offered to have the same generic one to be refitted and I disagreed but she still persisted. She even mentioned that previous customers also had there issues .I was not happy wit her response and suggested that the original is only R535-00 at smg bmw and she says that she cannot get one from smg. I then spoke to a Everson the manager and he understood my argument, he consulted with his superior and asked if I could give them a chance and guess what they refitted another shuteprufe mould and same story it , wrong rubber poor workmanship. If I could load pictures of how bad this looks, the made an M3 windscreen look like it some s**** project . Please don’t use the glass group , or any insurance company that uses them . You will have generic stuff fitted that makes your car look like a circus . After 2 failed attempts I will be taking my car to another fitment center . Why should have to bare the cost of their poor service . I will be forwarding all communication to the insurance companies that are contracted to the glass group . These people shouldn’t be allowed to even touch your car .
