Claim

My claim was submitted to Glass Group by my insurance company, I had a very bad experience, they promise to call back and they never do, no one bothered to take details on the car and glass door. They made me wait for 1 week and when they came for fitting they had different glass for different car model, I would never recommend them to anyone, I started engaging with them from the 15th and today is the 24th and they telling me that I must wait till the next week. And even after the glass fitting they will have to only contact the tint people to come and install tint and smash and grab, and they do not know how long they will take to come.
