On 18 August 2017 I contacted The Glam Store SA about the shoe I wanted to purchase for my husband's birthday that was on the 26 August, I asked them if they have the shoe in stock they said yes, they sent me an inbox on the 19 requesting I make the payment, they said they wanted to pick up the shoes so that they can dispatch it, I said to them they must wait until I do the payment. On the 25 of August 2017 i made the payment and they confirmed they received it. Two months down the line, I have not received the shoes which were almost 3k and they are not responding to my DM on Instagram or whatsapp and they are also not picking up the phone. I'm truly dissapointed because I purchased shoes before with them and they delivered even though it was about a month late. What makes things worse is that my husband is experiencing the same, he bought me a handbag, coat and shoes worth 4K for my birthday on 29 August, and up until today he has not received them, same thing applies to him they are not responding to his messages. So basically, our birthday gifts have not been delivered, no communication and the products are worth 7k :-(
