False Advertising and Horrid Customer Service

<p>Glamstore SA advertised Leather Bag for sale. After confirming stock availability and that these were in fact leather bags I completed an EFT for the full amount including courier fees 13 June 2017. After payment was made I did not hear back from them. After I following up a few days later they rep**** and apologised for the delay but rest assured my order would follow the next week ( clearly they did not have stock of the item as previoulsy confirmed). After many unanswered corresponsdence via IG & whatsapp I finally received my bag 7th August ( with no apology or explanation ). The bag i received is a cheap make and most certainly not leather as advertised. I have now contacted them so that I may return their cheap merchandise but positive I won't be hearing from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Such a horrible experience with this company!! HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE & TERRIBLE PRODUCTS !!!</p> <p> </p>
