Wrong embroidery and no solution after weeks

We received delivery of our order and are am very unhappy with the product. It is not what we designed and ordered. <br> Please will you send your courier to collect and send us a corrected hooded towel with the exact design we ordered.<br> <br> We specifically ordered a name embroidered only. And do not want the picture that someone decided to add. <br> <br> Please only put the name Nathaniel on it
