Unfair and poor customer satisfaction

The company is unprofessional and does not care about customer's satisfaction. They specialize in personalized embroidery but the do not care to take responsibilities when they have made mistakes on the items purchased. i have my product spelled wrong and lodged a complaint only to be ignored. they do not respond to emails, , they avoid calls, when they do answer, when they eventually answer they accept their fault but do nothing about it. now i'm stack with an expensive gift that i can not give away because of wrong spellings.i am so disappointed and very upset, that's not how business works.
