THE WORST SERVICE & ATTITUDE FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed a specific order with Delme for personalized Bathrobes.These robes are going to be special gifts on our wedding day. I specifically asked for a certain font to be used & sent the font to Delme. I also specifically asked for artwork to be sent to me for approval & this was denied to me. I received my order on 17 July. On 18 July I sent Delme an email stressing why I was not happy & what my issue was, I asked her to find a solution to my problems:1.The grey of the robe is so light that you cannot see the embroidered words on the back. 2.The words & font are so small that it is hard to see the words. I didn't get any response so I started sending the same email every third day. Eventually I had enough & demanded my money back. After 4 weeks of being ignored Delme decides to respond & arrogantly tells me in short that she hasn't bothered to contact me because she thinks I'm wrong & the issue is closed on their side. I then asked if they have had any issue like this before & if they are an ethical company. Her response was YES they are & they have NEVER had an issue like this. After searching Hellopeter & the many rude emails that followed from her. I BEG TO DIFFER! *Summarised
