The Gift Factory is a ****

I place an order on the 21st of April and I when called in to confirm the order and delivery date for Monday the guy said it will be ready by Monday the 26th. He will call me on Friday to inform me when my order goes out to the courier guys. I have been calling them since the 23rd and no one is answering my calls nor responding to my emails. I had to go to my friend's birthday party without a gift. They are ********. I never had this problem with Netflorist.
