The gift factory is a no-go

I would strongly recommend that no one uses this company. I placed 2 orders through Onedayonly (one was last year) and have still not received them.

I have emails multiple times, and when I do eventually get a reply, it is vague and they take a week to respond.

I have never dealt with a company that is so *********** when it comes to communication, customer service or delivery.
