Shocking Service

Ordered and paid via eft under confirmation to the gift factory on 26th January. On the 29th Jan I sent an email query, no reponse was recived. A second follow uo email was sent gain no response was receibed. On my third request I was informed that they "apparently" hadnt received payment. Proof of payment was once again sent with again no response from The gift factory. a second follow up email was sent, again without a response. On Thursday the 9th I called the gift factory. An email was received to say the order would be delivered early this week. I still haven't had any confirmation or reply to my email sent on Friday. Today I tried calling again but was unable to speak to someone. Would appreciate a call from someone who cares about customer service.
