The Gift Factory is not a real company, they are just a **** site. They will pretend to have a product and invoice you for the said product, but after you make the payment they vanish into thin air leaving you with no product and no way to contact them.

I ordered two Personalized Aprons from their site about a week ago. They invoiced me and instructed me that I make a EFT payment into their account. After having done just that, I have never heard from them again. I have tried phoning them more than 20 times over the past week, but no answer. I have tried emailing them, but no reply. This is a classic text book **** that I have fallen for. I am in the process of making a police case against them, after which I'm handing them over to a lawyer but I don't think I will ever get my money back.

I know it probably too late for me, but anyone else who is considering buying something form The Gift Factory please DO NOT DO IT! Have a look at other HelloPeter stories on this site and you will see I'm not the only one. They are ******* and they will ***** your money no doubt about it.
