Quick to get your deposit but the rest lags

<p>I had placed two orders on the 16th of January and send through my personalised message and image. I had emailed to enquire how long delivery would take, the response was within 2-3 days. Thereafter the following week I noticed that account status of my order had not changed at all and was still on processing. I sent a whatsapp message a week later to follow up on the status of my order and never got a reply. Two days later I called the shop, the employee informs me that they were just about to call me to request my images, I informed them that I had already emailed this but that I could send it through again, and thats when the person decides to check their mailbox. The individual then informed me that for one of the items I had ordered the respective supplier was out of stock and that they would call me back at the end of the day to give an update on the order, this obviously never happened! Two days later I called once again to request the status of my order, and the gentleman informs me once again that he was about to call me and that the supplier had stock of the item and that I would receive my order on the Monday, and to date I have not obtained any feedback on the status of my order or delivery thereof.</p>
