POOR SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT RECEIVED

I ordered 2 phone covers from this company and after many emails and speaking to the manager of this shop, This has still not been resolved. The manager promised to send me new covers and I have been waiting for more than a week now. This company is quick to make their product but awful when it comes to handling complaints. I must say that this company knows how to mess up a gift!!!
