Poor service

<p>I bought a voucher on Onedayonly for 2 personalized caps. I tried to order the caps on The Gift Factory's website, but it would not take the second voucher. I emailed my problem when the voucher to The Gift Factory and I was advised to send them my requirements. After four days, I recieved response that my order was placed. 5 days later I received an email stating that my order would be delivered shortly. I recieved my order and the caps are huge L/XL. I emailed The Gift Factory explaining that the caps are too big. Their repsonse is one size fits most, please explain how a large/EXTRA LARGE cap fits most. This should of been advertised on the website , not one size fits most. I am very unhappy, I will never purchase anything from this website again. I hope Onedayonly checks out suppliers before advertising on their website. The customer service is terrible, I was even wondering if I was going to recieve my caps and now that I did I wish i had all the facts before I did.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
