Pathetic service, disorganised and unprofessional

The worst service I have ever seen. Order details not updated with progress, when they hit delays they dont communicate, package was sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address, no communication unless its from your side, they will phone back which they never do... online ordering is supposed to take the hassle out of shopping - not with these guys... i will never use them again...
