order still not received

it is becoming utterly unprofessional and nonsense now that I have to wait for the order for this long

yesterday they kept me waiting and none of them came or even informed me ;

Status even today "Order #WC7759 was placed on December 3, 2019 and is currently Processing". this is becoming annoying .
