Just Ignoring Me

I bought a Groupon voucher from The Gift Factory for a personalised bathrobe. The item took almost a month to arrive and then when it did it was damaged (holes). The quality of the fabric is nothing like what is described in the advert. I have tried contacting them for a refund, they do not respond to my emails nor does their telephone number listed on their website work. Extremely disappointed in my purchase and wont be buying on line ever again - can't trust the quality.
