Horrific lack of customer service

<p>Ordered a gift from this company. I was promised that the order would be delivered on a specific date. To my surprise the date of the delivery came and I still had not received a tracking number for my parcel. I was told only after I asked why I didn't have a tracking number that my order would be delivered the following day or the following week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled the order and was promised that I would get my refund. The last communication I have received from this ridiculous company was that I ould get my money on the 16th.</p> <p>To date I still have not received my money and a response to the countless emails that I have sent them from the 16th.</p>
