Horrible attitude, poor product, poor service

<p>Ordered wooden pine frames from the gift factory, they are such cheap poorly made frames I am shocked. The back of the frames are missing clips to actually hold the photo's in place. When I emailed them they rep**** to me as if I was an idiot and referred to the stands of the frames and did not even acknowledge the clips. I also chose a beautiful cursive font off the website to be engraved on the frames. The engraving is a cursive outline and hard to read. I am having all the frames remade with another company while the gift factory is ignoring my emails and refusing to acknowledge this bad service and bad product!</p>
