Gift Factory went the extra mile

I ordered a farewell gift using a groupon voucher.<br> I followed up on the order the following week but was advised that it was at the factory and would take another week to deliver.<br> I was not satisfied with this as the recipient of the gift was leaving the country at the end of the week.<br> After explaining my dilemma to Delme, he went out of his way to expedite the order and eventually delivered it to me personally :)<br> Well done and thank you to Delme and the Gift Factory! I will definitely use them again
