AVOID!!! They are happy to take your money, but don't expect to get what you paid for, or any follow-up service

AVOID!! DO NOT USE!! bShocking Service, placed an order for a retirement gift for a cherished colleague. After being **** to twice about when the product ( 1 x flasks and 1 x travel mug) each with a different message) would be delivered, when it was finally delivered we received an exceptionally poor quality product, the engraving was actually printing on the product, the product was packed while the ink was still wet so it smudged, they printed the wrong message on the wrong container, and the containers were not as advertised. After complaining, when I want to send the product back and get my money refunded, they say we will phone you back, but never do, They no longer answer the phone and do not respond to mails! Needless to say, No refund received!! To be Avoided!
