Going ahead without approval!

We are very unhappy with the service experience from this shop accross from Northmead Square. We were supposed to see a sample of embroidery and to receive the correct price. The estimate price was R650. We did not approve anything. Yet Angela let us know that the embroidery was done and the price is R950. First of all we did not approve or see the sample embroidery and secondly we did not receive correct price before she went ahead. We went to see whats going on and she just went ahead without approval on our own shirts. We are not happy with the quality of embroidery and we could have gotten better quality with half the cost that we found after asking her for a SAMPLE. Now we had to pay R950 for something we did not want! And the names colour is wrong as well! Very disgusted with this place!
