Event Cancelled but NEVER got the Refund

I bought tickets for the event that was supposed to be held on the 2nd of July 2022; the event was cancelled and o sent through my details to get a refund on the 29th of June 2022.

I received a response on the 7th of July saying,

We’ve processed your refund request on your original payment method, and you should expect to see the amount appear in your bank account in the next couple of business days. I sent follow up e-mails on the 13th and 18th of July and have not received my refund to date!
