Took our money without delivering contracted waterproofing

We contracted Daniel in 2023 to waterproof our deck. Even before the work was completed it was clear that the application had failed. He then spent 6 months telling us he would come back and fix his work. He told us he had been learning on our job and still needed to find a solution that worked. He also admitted that it was the worst job he had ever done. Now he just ignores messages. We paid a lot for waterproofing that has not been delivered.

Unreliable. Poor quality work. Not prepared to take responsibility for his work. Has taken a significant amount of money without delivering what was contracted. A number of similar reviews on our community whatsapp group. Avoid.
