Bad service

We have phone the generator company to repair our generator where we have paid for n new selynder head a few weeks later my husband want to replace the spark plug we saw that the head was never replaced when we confronted the company he rep**** that we should have taken the plug out in front of him as he did not see what my husband did . Just a ⚠️ do not use him
