Treated like I had ****** items

The store clearly states no pets.

I obliged by video calling my girlfriend which was in the car watching our puppy.

A fidelity security guard confronted me stating that I can't take videos in the store, keep in mind I was trying to obide by their rules of no pets.

I showed them that I was on a video call but the security guard didn't seem to understand.

Within 2 minutes of me raising my voice 2 more security guards arrived as if I was *****ing something.

I will never purchase from this store again as they do not know how to treat a customer.

My question to the store is as follows, why are you guys against video calls when all I was trying to do is obide by a rule stated on the entrance window?

Is the general store scared of being raided again and have authorities find counterfeit items???
